Weekly Planning

Can teachers easily document instructional and assessment activities that are part of their courses?
Anne uses the weekly planning module to indicate her choices as to the instructional and assessment activities she plans to use in her classroom. Each teacher is assigned a number of class periods when their user account is created which then controls the weekly planning grid seen here. Anne can add lessons, units and comments previously created directly into the appropriate day and class period. After adding items the Weekly Summation column on the far right keeps a non-duplicated running total of the various instructional strategies she has utilized for this class this week. Additionally, she can select “Period Outlook” within the grid and see the curriculum and other instructional strategies for this single class period. Anne can send this directly to David George if desired. The Syllabi Planning module (not pictured) can be used to create a course syllabus which can incorporate instructional items created in CurriculumTracker™.
These various course documents can provide valuable information to Angela Alpha and her parents. Anne can choose to print out a course syllabi and important weekly plans to provide a clear picture of the instructional focus in terms of academic and performance standards.
