For this demonstration we will follow a team of key people from the Banner School District who are using the Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Management System (CIAms)™ to implement a system of standards driven instruction, balanced assessment, and data-driven decision making.
- Anne Hemingway is an English/Composition teacher at Superior High School.
- David George is principal of Superior High School.
- Monica Jones is the Director of Curriculum and Assessment for Banner School District.
- Angela Alpha is a sophomore at Superior High School.
- Mr. Angel Alpha is the father of Angela Alpha.
